Welcome to the Drink in the Sights Giggle and Titter from Parkway Brewing Co Beer Review. This is my second Parkway Brewing Co review, and again I picked the beer up for just a quid in Home Bargains, so it should be value for money if nothing else. Giggle and Titter from Parkway Brewing Co comes in a very plain 500ml bottle and contains a very plain 3.8% alcohol. The beer pours a cloudy reddish brown with a pretty pathetic lacing head. This beer certainly won't be winning any beauty pageants, not that we worry about such superficial things these days. It also appears to be pretty fizzy, which I'm not sure is ideal in a bitter. All that said though there's a very nice sweet caramel malts aroma coming through, with just a couple of light fruit notes, so that's much more like it.
Giggle and Titter from Parkway Brewing Co has a light to medium texture, and as expected it feels a bit to fizzy for my liking. Again though that's a fairly superficial thing and actually the taste is pretty good. There's some good caramel notes, along with some vague fruity hops blended together quite nicely. The bitter finish is exactly what you'd expect from the style, and overall it honestly tastes quite nice. If only it felt as good as it tasted this would be a really decent beer. Still it's a good solid bitter, with a very sessionable percentage, and for a pound you can't really grumble. So Giggle and Titter from Parkway Brewing Co gets 7.5 out of 10.
